With a strong background in marketing, operations, and strategic growth, she is deeply committed to ensuring that every client interaction—from booking to checkout—feels seamless, thoughtful, and elevated. Her work supports the artistry of the salon by creating an environment where both guests and team members can truly thrive. As Director of Operations, Harriet combines her academic foundation—a BA in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida—with ongoing advanced industry education. She regularly participates in elite business and leadership trainings, including Champ Camp with Inspiring Champions such as Lauren Gartland, motivational training with Lance Courtney, and annual business symposiums hosted by industry leader Ken Anders. Harriet also attends Intercoiffure events each year, staying closely connected to global trends and best practices so HBISalon can continue to offer a world-class, forward-thinking experience. Harriet’s passion lies in growth, education, and excellence.
