Voula Fairbanks is the heart and visionary behind Hair Benders Internationalé—co-founded and co-owned with her husband, Bobby Fairbanks. Together, they have served the Chattanooga community for more than 40 years, building a luxury salon and spa experience rooted in artistry, warmth, and exceptional care. Voula’s passion has always centered on helping guests feel seen, heard, and beautifully themselves—creating confidence that lasts well beyond the appointment. As a co-owner, Voula helped shape HBI’s client-centered philosophy, where every service begins with listening carefully and customizing each detail to match the guest’s lifestyle and goals. She and Bobby regularly travel to global fashion capitals—including Paris, Milan, London, New York, and Miami—to refine techniques, study trends, and thoughtfully source high-quality hair and spa products that keep HBI at the forefront of elevated beauty.
